Infants with English as an Additional Language

Statistics show that there are almost 1 million children in the United Kingdom who have English as an Additional Language (EAL).This course offers an insight into the lives, backgrounds and educational needs of infants up to the age of 5 who have English as their second language.We will look at ways to help you positively encourage their development, tools to make your role as an EYP easier and how to develop good working relationships with parents of EAL children.
